Each month under the radiance of the Full Moon, we gather release what no longer serves—old patterns, heavy emotions, stagnant energy, people, and anything that needs to be completed or cleared. The Full Moon is a time of culmination and illumination; it brings clarity to what we’ve outgrown and offers powerful support for letting go.

In this sacred women’s circle, we hold space for each other in a nurturing, non-judgmental environment where every woman is seen, supported, and honored. Through breathwork, grounding, sharing, and guided reflection, we release old stories and create space for emotional renewal.

Each gathering includes an intentional craft or ritual aligned with the Full Moon’s phase and its zodiac sign—such as cord-cutting candles, cleansing salt scrubs, moon water, smudge bundles, or release journals. These creations become energetic tools to continue your releasing practice at home.
