What to Expect in Your Group Sound Healing Session
Each session is intuitively directed. Here’s what it may include:
Lying Down or Seated – Most participants lie on yoga mats or sit comfortably with blankets and cushions brought from home
Guided Relaxation – The session may begin with a short breathing or mindfulness exercise to help you settle in
Immersion in Healing Sounds – You'll be surrounded by the soothing tones of instruments like Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and gentle vocals
Deep Rest or Light Sleep – It’s normal to drift into a meditative or dream-like state—just allow yourself to receive
Emotional or Energetic Shifts – Some participants may experience gentle emotional release, vivid imagery, or energetic sensations
Grounding at the End – The session will close with grounding techniques and quiet time to slowly reawaken and integrate the experience.
