What to Expect:
This is a guided breathing and meditation experience designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional well-being. You'll spend most of the session comfortably lying on a yoga mat while listening through headphones.
What to Bring (optional):
Yoga mat or camping pad
Blanket and pillow for comfort
Water bottle
Eye mask (optional)
Comfortable clothing
