Join us at the beautiful Bee Happy Lavender Farm in Meadow Vista, CA for a relaxing morning surrounded by the peaceful sights and scents of the lavender fields. As you settle into nature, you'll be guided through gentle breathwork and meditation while the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments help quiet the mind and relax the body.

Throughout the experience, you will be offered optional Reiki energy support and encourage balance, relaxation, and a deeper sense of well-being. No experience is needed—simply come as you are and allow yourself time to unwind, reconnect, and restore.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. Wear layers and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
